One more needed for a 3 bed house

Hi! My friend and I are looking for a third person to team up with and find a 3-bed flat, ideally with a move-in date around mid to late August.

We're pretty flexible on location but are mainly looking at SE London (London Bridge, Bermondsey, Canada Water), SW London (Wandsworth, Clapham, Balham), or North London (Angel, Islington). We're open to other areas too, as long as they have good transport links and a reasonable commute.

We're hoping to find a modern flat (a gym and concierge would be a big bonus!) but we're pretty open for the right place.

A bit about us:
• I'm 25 and work full-time in finance. Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, running, trying new restaurants, and catching up with friends.
• My friend is also 25 and works in the public sector. He's into the gym, cooking, and enjoys being social.

We're both clean, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. We'd love to find someone who's similar, friendly, considerate, and up for a dinner, pub trip, or day out every now and then.

Our budget is up to £1,100 each before bills, and we're keen to start arranging viewings soon as we've already found a few places we're interested in.
