I'm Laurey, 40, and I'm looking for a furnished one bed flat in North, East or South East London (no shared houses or studios please). My maximum budget - including bills - is 1150, but I'm willing to be a bit flexible. I'm able to move now but I can be flexible here too.
I'm originally from Yorkshire but have been in London for years, working in the charity sector. I'm currently not working while I recover from an accident, but I have a secure income, and can provide the standard first month rent in advance + deposit, along with a guarantor + previous landlord reference..
I'm reliable, friendly and considerate, and also very clean and tidy. Let me know if you have somewhere !
