Looking for a flatshare Brighton/Burgess Hill/Craw

Hi everyone,

I’m Arduino, 27, an engineer (British/Italian), currently looking for a room or flatshare in Brighton, Burgess Hill, Crawley, Three Bridges, or East Croydon.

I work a typical 9–5, split between the office and working from home, so I’m looking for a place that’s reasonably calm, clean, and comfortable to live in. Miraculously rare criteria in shared housing, where some people apparently believe kitchens clean themselves through spiritual energy.

A bit about me:

* tidy and respectful
* easygoing and sociable, but also appreciate personal space
* non-smoker
* financially stable and able to provide references if needed

Ideally I’m looking for:

* a modern or well-kept flat/house
* good transport links
* friendly and considerate flatmates
* move-in within the next few weeks

Budget: around £950–£1,200 depending on location and bills.
