Professional looking for a room

Hey! I am a professional working in public health looking for a room in Brighton or Hove from around September (move in date flexible).

I work from home which means I will be in quite a lot during the week and will need to have space for a desk in the room, but I make use of co-working spaces as well once or twice a week.

In my free time I like exercising, being crafty and going to gigs. I have previously been friends with my flatmates and enjoyed having the occasional dinner or pub night together, but am also considerate of everyone's space.

I have been renting for several years without any issues, and am happy to provide any references or checks as needed.
