Looking for a room and friendly flatmates in Leith

I live nearby in Abbeyhill and sadly have to leave my current flat but am keen to stay in the Abbeyhill or Leith area.

I work 2 days a week for the Edinburgh Art Festival, and make my own art from my studio at the Drill Hall in Leith. I am also a trainee hairdresser and from April am starting part-time work at a hair studio! I have lived in Edinburgh for nearly 5 years, as I moved here for my masters at Edinburgh College of Art in 2021.

I am looking for a clean, tidy, and peaceful flat, where we can all feel comfortable sharing the space together. I love cooking and baking treats to share with my flatmates (my current specialty are chocolate chip cookies!)

I am flexible about moving dates, ideally between April-June 2026.
