Room wanted preferably in/near Mutley.

I am looking for a furnished room to rent, preferably in Mutley. 🛏️ The ideal house share would include all bills, be kept clean + tidy and shared with professionals of a similar age and who are friendly. 💸🧽4️⃣4️⃣ I am a clean and tidy person and like communication to be clear and things to be organised. 🗣️I have a regular routine and love spending time outdoors when I am free or enjoy relaxing in front of the telly at times. 🏞️🥾🌄📺 I volunteer regularly in various places too as I enjoy making a difference. ⭐ It would be nice if the room included a garden, tumble dryer, microwave and parking (for visitors and eventually my own car). I love animals so don't mind if you throw in a pet too! 🐕🐈🦜 Preferably no live in landlords unless you are friendly and a nice person! 🥰 And lastly, an added bonus would be to share with other Christians. ✝️ (Phew, I don't ask for much hey!) 😂 I am available to move in on the 7th January 2026.
