Female looking to rent

Hi there!

I'm a Social Worker Masters Student who is doing their full-time paid placement.

I'm looking to rent either a good-sized ensuite room or a flat/studio.

I am friendly, reliable, very tidy, well-kept, considerate, and self-aware.

I enjoy cooking, spending time in the garden during spring and summer seasons, and living simply.

I have been a great tenant to previous landlords.

I would like to rent alone or with individuals who are similar in the sense that they're clean, non-disruptive, and respectful. I would primarily like to reside within a female-only home. I am however open to renting in a mixed home given adequate privacy.

I’m generally quiet and peaceful, a party-home is not what I want.

Looking to rent for approx 1 year.
