Room or flat share in Carlisle/Penrith

I'm looking for a single or double room, or a 'buddy up' flat share in either Carlisle or Penrith. I currently work in Penrith, but travel from central Carlisle is very convenient and I could well end up working in Carlisle if I end up moving there. I'm looking to move in the coming weeks, by mid/late July at the latest. A bit of outdoor space, i. e. a small courtyard or balcony would be appreciated but not essential. Friendly and considerate house/flat mates are essential.
I'm fairly quiet, respectful, amiable, easy going, .... and I pay my bills on time:)
