Looking for a flatmate to buddy up 🏡

Hi! I’m a 29-year-old professional who recently moved to Newcastle and I’m looking for a female flatmate to buddy up with and find a really nice place together.

I’m looking for a 2-bed flat/house in a nice, safe and relatively quiet area, ideally around Gosforth, South Gosforth, Jesmond, High Heaton or similar.

An en-suite and parking are essential, and my budget is up to £900 each including bills for the right place.

I split my time between working from home and from the office, so it’s important to me that home feels like somewhere I can properly relax and unwind.

I’m pretty chilled and enjoy reading, book clubs, coffee shops, walks, baking and exploring Newcastle. I’m not really a party person and don’t drink much — I’m much more into cosy TV nights, walks, book clubs, coffee and a chilled evening.

The biggest things for me in a flatmate are cleanliness, respect and consideration. I would love to live with someone who keeps shared spaces clean and tidy and is mindful of each other’s routines and space.

It would be lovely to have a flatmate who is friendly and up for the occasional coffee, meal, walk or TV night, while also being comfortable doing our own thing.
