Creating a comfy home

I'm a PhD researcher hoping to submit my thesis within the next 6 months. Some key points about me:

-I am not a WFH person, I get too distracted, so point me to the nearest cafe or library
-Zen vibes, love yoga/mindfulness
-tidy/organized/typical cleanliness
-I love to bake, craft, and read [I am addicted to books, bookstores, & libraries]
-Love a night out as much as one in, esp. If it involves spilling the tea [going to the theatre, seeing a comedy, trying a new pub/restaurant, just walking along the Thames...]

Would love to be friends with those in the household, but I also understand the importance of down/alone time.
