Looking for a room Dec/Jan :)

Hi all!

I'm starting a PhD at UoB and am making the scary move from London to Bristol. Would love to live generally nearer to my PhD office in Harbourside but I'm open to places that are a cycle or walk away! I will be working hybrid so will likely be around a little bit but have worked from home with others before so now how to be mindful of places. I'm originally from the US (Baltimore MD a bit more specifically) but have lived in the London for 5 years now.

I love going out for a long walk around town or out in nature. I am into art and love seeing new exhibitions as well as having my own lil art projects on the go. Big into going out for gigs and a lil boogie every so often. I love to host people for dinners or for a quiet movie night! I am generally plant based but I don't mind living with those who aren't.

I'm a very tidy person, especially in communal spaces. I've shared for the last 5 years so know how to keep a nice house with others (as well as how to decorate). I'll have a record player and a few plants making the move with me so will bring some good energy along!

Would love to have a friendly atmosphere with the people I live with especially since I'm new to the city :)
