Female mature student seeks a double room

Hi 👋🏾 I'm Christina, a 32 year old female and a mature student, looking for a double room ideally in South London or South-East London. Available to move in by 30/11/2025 at the latest, with a maximum budget of £850 PCM, including all bills.

Looking for:
I am open to a mixed household; however, ideally, a female household. Preferably, a house share with more than 1 bathroom available and either a communal garden or a living room.
My requirements are storage space with a wardrobe, a bed frame with a mattress and chest ot drawers.

As a housemate:
-I prefer a tidy home with respectful and emotionally mature housemates. I'm respectful of peoples boundaries as well as privacy, which I desire back also.
-I like to have fun, enjoy new experiences and being creative through art and technology.
-I'm friendly and sociable, but I also like my own space from time to time, too and also respect others' space.

Interests:
-My interests are God, fitness, art, psychology, animals, coding, travelling, movies, games, relaxing and attending social events.
