Room wanted Bath/area around Bath

I am going to be starting my Postgraduate degree at the University of Bath in September. I am looking for a room to move in ideally June 2026 however can be lenient and move in between June-September till June 2027.
My budget is £650 (including bills) maximum £700. I am clean, tidy, like my own space but also love to socialise. I am very into fitness so would live to have some flatmates to go to the gym with. I have a car so would prefer off street parking and would be happy to carpool everyone into town. However a parking space is not a deal breaker for me.
(My cat will unfortunately not be joining me as much as I wish she could, I just thought I'd still include a photo of her as you will hear a lot about her)
