Yogi, healthy, good humour wanting a double room

Hi, I am a Spanish teacher working in Leeds. Looking for a clean, quiet and relaxing place to call home. I enjoy training Brazilian Jujitsu and MuayThai and on the weekends enjoy long walks in the countryside in search of a new cafe to endulge in coffee and cake. I am easy going and love animals. I’m a dog lover but due to my lifestyle won’t commit to getting my own dog just yet. I enjoy relaxing lazy nights in just watching films and I enjoy cooking and finding new recipes to create delicious healthy desserts. I enjoy socialising and having great conversations and love meeting people with a great sense of humour. I love to have a good laugh. Equally I tend to mind my own business and just do my own thing.
I try to practice Yoga everyday and try to keep (mostly)healthy habits. I am considerate and always clean up after myself, I’m not a neat freak but I definitely prefer a joint effort in housemates all keeping the house clean and tidy.
I am available to move in as soon as possible but im flexible. Ideally a house with bills included and ensuite would be great but not essential.
