Looking for a room to rent

I am a Nottingham college student looking for a room to rent. Im friendly and like to socialise with my housemates. Im not noisy and am considerate of others, i like to keep a clean room, clean up after myself and will happily work with others to keep the house tidy. I have a 7 year old cat named Oscar who is really friendly and social towards people and other cats. He has been socialised with other cats in the past so it wouldn't be an issue if there are other pets in the house. He is litter trained but can also go outdoors. He is a sweet cat and i would love to keep him while moving.
