New to London – Looking for Great Housemates

Hi, I’m Darren, and I’m looking to move to London from September (although I’m flexible on both dates and location).

I recently started a new job in the City and am now looking to relocate, as the commute from Leeds is becoming a bit much.

At the moment, I live with a friend, and I’ve really enjoyed having a genuine friendship rather than just coexisting as flatmates. I’d love to find a similar setup where we get on well, while still respecting each other’s space.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, playing or watching football, or out exploring the city with friends. I enjoy being social but also appreciate quieter evenings to unwind.

I’m also part of the LGBTQ+ community, although that’s by no means essential. Whether it’s watching football, Drag Race, or just having a chat after work, I’m easy-going and enjoy a good balance of socialising and downtime.

As my move is still a little while away, it’d be great to meet for a coffee or a drink beforehand to see if we’d be a good fit as housemates if you’re looking on a similar timeline.
