Buddy Up? Room available?

Hey,
I'm Andrew,
I'm looking for someone to team up with, or a room available in a flat somewhere in London. I've been in London for a few years. I'm from Ireland originally.

I'm hoping for a Double Room that's on a tube or bus line, that's about 30-45mins from the centre of town.
I'm pretty flexible regarding 'where', South looks good, but I do like the idea of an area that has shops, places for coffee etc.

With where I live, I love for home to be a place to be able to relax and feel at home- and for others to feel the same.
I'm inclined towards a quieter, peaceful and easy going place.
Somewhere where everyone feels at home.

I would be a calmer sort of person, sociable, but calm if that makes sense. I'm often out, spending time with friends, wandering around town, finding stuff to do. That being said I love to crash out and read, watch something on netflix, or enjoy doing nothing.

Work is in healthcare, usually meaning my weeks are different. Sometimes days, nights, and/or weekends. But I can easily sleep through a thunderstorm so don't worry about tiptoeing.

I'm hoping to move mid July but there's slack with the dates.
