Seeking Buddy Up for Flat in Dundee

SEEKING BUDDY UP FOR 2 BEDROOM FLAT IN DUNDEE between £800 - £1100 pcm for the whole flat.

Hello! I’ll be moving to Dundee and starting an undergraduate course at UoD in September. I am 35 years old and looking to rent a two bedroom flat with someone who is also a mature student and/or working professional person. It would be good if you intend on staying in Dundee for a few years as that is also my intention and would love some stability with my living arrangement.

I prefer to secure an unfurnished flat, I have good quality furniture which I would like to move with me to Dundee. We can discuss this if you wish to get in touch.

I am a laid back guy who won't bring any drama to a living arrangement - I just want to have a calm and peaceful living space to come home to. I have years of experience living with other people in rented accomodation and have never had any issues. I don’t expect to be socializing all the time with a prospective room mate, but it’s important to me that we get along and share a mutual respect and also both see the value in keeping the place tidy. I will be studying full time and also working part time so will be quite busy.

I was born in Aberdeen but have spent a lot of my life living in different countries including Brazil, the US, Taiwan, Australia, and some time in England. I also own a car so could help out with supermarket runs if we go at the same time I guess! If you have any questions just reach out :)
