Looking for flatmate/room for 6 months

Hi there,

Looking to find a flatmate(s) to share a flat with or alternatively to join a household. My budget is roughly £1750 pcm, bills not included.

Having lived in London a long time, the areas which I think would be great to live in are: Nine Elms/Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, Putney or alternatively Kensington or Westbourne Grove. I would consider a place near Shoreditch if the place is right :)

Rental term:
I am looking to rent for exactly 6 months (most landlords will accept this). My perferred move in date would be between the 2nd and 4th of Jan (3rd ideal). I am relatively flexible on this.

About me:
I am a 25 year old Software Engineer. I am leaving the start-up I co-founded in another country to come back to London (I grew up in London, it is my home but I was born elsewhere) to work on a full-time role at a FinTech company. I have lived with quite a few roomates over the years so I know how to keep the environment easy, respectful and clean, though I am also quite sociable. I am a fan of Football, Tennis and Golf and I usually hang out with friends on the weekends or play sports. Also into music, going to concerts and I DJ at bars/clubs from time to time.
