Professional seeking budget double room

I am an Academic Researcher.

I am a non-drinker, non-smoker, neat and tidy person. and always clean up the places/things after I am done utilizing them. I am respectful towards other's privacy and always take care that no action of mine may disturb anyone with whom i am sharing the living space/house and assume the responsibility for my actions.

I am a non-vegetarian and like to cook for myself regularly as I am a fresh food lover, and Yes, I will be needing space in the kitchen cabinets to store my utencils and pots.

In my free time, I work & socialize towards increasing my business/research skills, and sometime chill out with my friends.

Currently looking for double sized room in a calm area. with peaceful people.
