Friendly & creative male looking for buddy up/room

Hello, my name is Paul and I am a 28-year-old working hybrid as an information rights officer (3 days WFH).

I am looking to make new friends and form a buddy-up or join an existing flat share for October onwards (quite flexible at the moment, provided I can give a month’s notice). I'd enjoy a flat share with a friendly atmosphere, being one where we share interests and socialise together from time to time to get to know each other better, whilst also respecting each other's need for space.

My total budget is £1080, including Bills. I am looking for a double bedroom with a desk and good transport links to Westminster. I don't mind being a bit further out from Central London though!

Ideally, looking to move by 24 October 2024 or 24 November 2024.

I’m sociable, creative, and friendly and enjoy keeping busy by trying new hobbies (currently acting and learning acoustic guitar) and going to different events around the city. I especially like going to the theatre, museums, and poetry open mic nights and would love to check out some more live music in the city.

In my spare time, I enjoy writing poetry and fiction, reading, cooking, listening to indie/folk music, watching movies/TV (currently going through a Wes Anderson phase), and playing the occasional video game (usually something story based like Life is Strange or The Last of Us, or the Switch for party games).
