Hello, my name is Paul and I am a 29-year-old working hybrid as an information rights officer (3 days WFH).
I am looking to make new friends and form a buddy-up or join an existing flat share for October onwards (quite flexible at the moment, provided I can give a month’s notice). I'd enjoy a flat share with a friendly atmosphere, where we make time to get to know each other better, whilst also respecting each other's need for space.
My total budget is £1080, including Bills. I am looking for a double bedroom with a desk and good transport links to Westminster. I don't mind being a bit further out from Central London though!

I’m sociable, creative, and friendly and enjoy keeping busy by trying new hobbies. I especially like going to the theatre, museums, and poetry open mic nights and would love to check out some more live music in the city.
In my spare time, I enjoy writing poetry and fiction, reading, cooking, listening to indie/folk music, watching movies/TV, and playing the occasional video game (usually something story based like Life is Strange or The Last of Us, or the Switch for party games).
