Looking for Southville / Bedminster house share

Hi, I'm Fred, and I'm looking for a house share in the Bedminster / Southville area. I currently live in BS3 and have friends in the area, so want to stay close.

Some of my interests are:
- the Aldi on North Street
- climbing
- complaining about climbing injuries whilst ignoring my physiotherapist's recommendations
- the pub
- festivals and the odd night out
- buying random tat I don't need from charity shops
- petting every cat I see on the street that will let me
- consuming an unhealthy amount of media (games, films, TV, books)
- 70s music

Also I am a vegan so it would be good to have some veggie / vegan housemates, although this isn't a deal breaker. I am clean and tidy and do enjoy my own space and privacy, but also happy reclined on a sofa with a film in the evening or out for drinks / a (bad) boogie at the weekend. I'd really love to move somewhere with a homely vibe.

I am looking for a double room big enough to fit a desk in, with parking available, as minimum requirements. I would also love a place with multiple bathrooms (morning routine clashes are never pleasant!) and a garden. I am happy to sign a twelve month tenancy but six would be preferred. £950 maximum budget (including all bills).

I do work from home Monday to Friday, 9-5, and would be occasionally commuting to Exeter for work (a few times a month), so WFH would need to be suitable with any prospective housemates.

Finally, I've been in house shares before so know how important compatibility is, including trying to ensure that we can get on and live as friends, rather than just be separate lodgers living under the same roof, whilst also keeping things clean and tidy and respectful. So I'd be looking to grab a coffee or pint with any prospective future housemates to see if we vibe.
