Professional looking for 2b2b Roommate

Consultant relocating back to London, looking for a room in a professional houseshare from the Oct 31 weekend.

Looking for:
• 2-bed, 2-bath
• On or near Central or Piccadilly line, under 30 mins to central London.
• Stratford/East Village preferred, but open nearby on the same lines
• Budget up to £1,500pcm, flexible on furnished/unfurnished — I have my own furniture but happy either way
• Modern apartment with concierge/porter, high floor ideal.
• Professional houseshare - looking for working flatmates, longer term rental, no preference on gender.
• Not interested in sharing with couples, max 2 people in household (2b2b)
A bit about me:
Work at international firm, often travelling to client site, so I’m not around constantly. Two days WFH, usually up and out early regardless.

Ideally move in on Oct 31st weekend, but possible to move earlier in the month on week of 5th Oct if needed.
