I am a professional male just turned 41 looking for a large double room where I can put my working table if there is not one already, preferably with an ensuite. I am available to move soon and have a budget of LHA (Local Housing Allowance) as I am not employed but working in the first year of self-employment as a seller. I am also now finished a requalification program of the Digital Marketing, I studying and I will be working from home in digital marketing. I want to share with males or females of any age respecting people and a house must be: Clean, quiet in my room, and with relaxed residents. I am vegan healthy fit and I like to read and hike. I prefer not to live with smokers and I don't mind you eating meat, just keep the kitchen door closed while cooking;-).

I don't mind the area I'm ok to relocate to the right fit people/place.
