Clean & tidy dog trainer with an 8 year old dog

Hi! I'm Hannah,
I'm looking to rent a room in a house with my super-dog Falkor (he's a very well trained chocolate cocker spaniel). We'd love a double room in a house with a garden or terrace he can pop out to. Would be happy to rent 2 rooms and use one as an office too! I work as a professional dog behaviour therapist/author/speaker and a youth leader for my church. I sometimes work from home writing or pop to other cities to teach. I've lived in loads of shared houses and love communal living/cooking/catch ups and deep & meaningfuls but also like my own space to write and rest too. Both me and the dog have a reference from our last landlord who would take us back in a heartbeat!
