new to Leeds, looking for a future flatmate! 🌞

Hi! I have just have got a new job and I am looking to move to Leeds, sometime between mid-November and Christmas. I am looking for someone to rent a flat (or house) with in Leeds, ideally within a 40-minute drive to SW Bradford, somewhere like Meanwood, Headingly or close to Roundhay Park, though I am willing to consider closer to the town centre. I am clean and tidy, and into archery, playing badminton, doing yoga and recently brought a sewing machine!

Any flat rented would need to have parking for my commute and also space for me to work at home a few days a week, but I am flexible with areas. I would also love to get a cat in the future, but that's not a must.

I am a friendly and respectful flatmate. I am new to the area so would love to be able to make new friends who are similar in age and interests to me, but it is not a requirement at all.
