Artist, 33, looking for a room in Dundee

Hi there,

My name is Laurence, I am an artist and tutor currently living in Brighton. I am 33 and looking to move to Dundee for work reasons. I have been living with my girlfriend for the past two years. She is moving abroad for work.

I am looking for a room in a flat with a kitchen, bathroom, and living room, with amenities (washing machine, fridge freezer) provided. Preferably located nearer to the city centre. I love cats, but felines are not mandatory.

You can expect me to be a friendly, independent, responsible tenant, who looks after where they live and brings a very good standard of cleanliness and housekeeping. Having lived with flatmates, friends and partners before, I am well versed in maintaining good boundaries, respecting others' quiet time, as well as working together to keep the place nice when necessary.

I'm looking to live with someone mature, independent, and responsible, who is good at communicating and maintaining a clean living space. If we have similar interests and you fancy the occasional shared meal, film, or just a chat, I'm sure I'll be up for that too.
