Double Room Req with Occasional Dog Staycation.

Hi my names is Matt, I am 52 years old & currently in full time employment with the same company in Hampshire for over 21 years. I have been living in a shared house which i found on here for just over 3 years when I split with my long term partner with who I share a small 10 year old Jack Russel / Chihuahua cross dog, currently he stays with me overnight 3 days a week as he is my main source of motivation. I have been lucky enough to have him stay where I am but my circumstances have recently changed where my landlords have notified me that they need to sell the house due to financial reasons.

I now need to find somewhere else that can cater for my needs.

Does anybody have anything that would suit my needs as i would love to hear from you if you do?

We are both extremely clean, tidy & well behaved.

My landlords are only to happy to supply me with a glowing reference as they are saddened at losing what they class as a ideal tenant, they will also allow me to leave earlier than the deadline they have set me.
