Looking for a new place.

How are ya? I'm Iain, a 35 year old fully qualified landscaper from Adelaide South Australia. I’ve been here for almost 5 years and I work for a company called Ampersand Construction Landscape Specialists. We specialise high quality residential works through out Edinburgh and the surrounding suburbs. I typically work Monday to Friday 7:30am until 4:00pm. Even though my job is physically demanding I still enjoy going to the gym, live sports, music, cooking, the odd night out and travelling. When I’m not working I just like to take it easy playing ps5, going for walks or just binging a good series. Very out going and happy to hang out and meet new people and try new things, but also respectful of others, their space and commitments. Ideally I'm looking for a room for a minimum of 12 months and can pay up to £800 including bills, but ideally lower. Recently my circumstances have changed and I’m looking for a room ASAP.
