Full Size Double Bedroom required

Hello!

I'm 29 years old and a psychologist in the NHS. I am due to move to London at the end of Jan/start of Feb for a new job, so need somewhere to live!

Preferable house requirements:
- As my job is less than a 10 mins walk from Euston/St Pancras, I'm looking to be within 30 mins door-to-door with an absolute max of 45 mins.
- Looking to be within a 5-10 mins walk of the closest tube station.
- Budget of £1100 is inclusive of bills please.
- Would prefer to live with no more than 2 or 3 other people with the majority being females.

About me:
- I've been an ice skater since I was 11 and still go a couple mornings a week! I also swim once a week-ish and enjoy going on nice walks
- I grow fruit and veg every year (tomatoes & strawberries mainly)
- I'm keen to socialise and spend time with whoever I live with and become friends - through eating together, watching TV/films, going out and about etc
- I also, appreciate some down time after long days to decompress and read my books
- I looooove dogs and cats and regularly take photos with all my friends' pets (see pics)!
- I enjoy concerts - been to 9 this year! (I am a huge swiftie.... but I love other artists too!)
- I am exceptionally tidy. I clean my boyfriend's kitchen when I'm there because I enjoy it haha. Also, my current landlord jokes that it's like 'no one is here' because there's never any sign of my mess haha
- Most of my friends and my boyfriend live in London, so I know the city well and visit most weekends (handy for viewings)
