Professional looking for a place in Leeds

Hi! I am looking for a new place to move in Leeds (or somewhere well connected to there) once my current contract will end in February, either a studio, a 1 bed, or a shared accomodation.
I am a graduate chemical engineer working in green technologies, in office 5 days a week. I consider myself very easy-going and considerate, and I am very clean and tidy. In a household, I would like to find like-minded people, with whom to keep our place welcoming, clean and tidy.
