Professional seeking all inclusive

Hi, I’m looking for a a flat or house that is inclusive of all bills. My own space and privacy is quite important to me but im looking for either a single occupancy flat or a house share where I have my own bathroom and ideally a seperate floor. I’m pretty chill as a flatmate, I’m respectful and can keep clean but also don’t mind mess. Seperate bathrooms are a must. Don’t mind someone who wants to keep to themselves but would prefer something a little more social so it doesn’t feel like we’re strangers. Women/lgbtq preferred. Budget = £600-850 including wifi gas electric council tax water.
