Professional sociable young minded lady

I am looking for a spacious room in a good size house with a garden and parking and would prefer en suite. Wifi is a must as I mainly work from home, so privacy is a must. I am a social care worker. I am friendly and sociable but also like My own space. I have horses and spend a lot of time at the gym, so am out a lot. I am recently separated and have grown children.
Access to a fully equipped kitchen is desirable, as I love to cook.
Sharing with fellow professionals would be lovely, especially those use to working from home.
I am tidy and need to live with like minded people.
I would prefer nicely furnished, but can bring my own furniture if needed
It's hoped this is short term arrangement, so not looking for a permanent home.
