Searching for flatmates for late summer move in

Hello! I am looking for others to search for a house together in Brighton later in the summer. I am currently living outside of Brighton so keen for a slightly larger house (3-4 bed) to keep it a bit sociable and to keep the cost down a bit!

About me:
I am a 26yo Project Manager working in the railway. My working week is split between working in the office, on site and wfh. Outside of work I enjoy cycling, running (planning to run Brighton marathon next year), yoga, pub etc. I have lived in Brighton previously, but most recently have lived London for the past four years and am very excited to be moving back.

Dates: fairly flexible for the right place, looking for contract to start from mid August-end September
Location: looking to be within 15/20 min walk of a station (Hove, Brighton or Preston Park)
Looking for (property): somewhere that we can make nice and homely together, ideally with a garden (although not a must)
Looking for (flatmates): two to three others with similar requirements
