I'm James, although most people call me Jim.
I'm a young-minded 44-year-old and very easy to get along with.

I'm ideally looking for a small share, not 19 others in a city centre student house...those days are well behind me :)

Although I have many good attributes; I believe the biggest one by far that is a must when sharing a place (whether it's your own home or someone else's) is consideration. I have this in abundance.

I would require parking, and a furnished room (with a desk/surface to write on using my PC).
