37 year old man, non smoker however does vape outside if required, I am currently on benefits as i have learning disabilities however I am currently trying to get back into work, I only lost recent job due to change of venue ownership having worked there less than 2 years.

Room share or lodging is not suitable, I've out grown my current lodging and have enough property to put into a flat where as currently it's shelved up in my room, and I constantly have to change around kitchen appliances and have a small storage for food I ideally need a flat, Im quite a quiet person however I have sleep issues so some nights i cant sleep and cant do anything because it will cause noise that will wake others up in current lodging.

My current landlady will give an amazing reference as I've never caused any issues, payment has always been on time, she trusts me to look after the property when she's away months at a time and always comes back to a clean house.

Currently in a paid lodging with a live in landlady, I get paid housing benefit directly into my account and I pay landlady, I have never missed a payment and I always keep enough in my savings incase any error on benefits system.

I have no pets, I do not drive, I have a push bike and trailer, Im originally from northern Ireland but have lived in Gosport 10 years, I have an allotment plot at middlecroft allotments for approx 5 years, I also attend Andy's man club and like to go see live music events.
