Central Manchester, Withingingon/Didsbury, Salford Quays... are all good places, but willing to look further afield.
I'm chatty and friendly and believe that brunch is the greatest meal (I just really like avo toast). I don't play music out loud, respect my flatmates and clean up after myself.
Happy to provide references from previous landlords / fellow tenants / neighourhood cats.
