Me + friendly spaniel looking for a cosy home

Hi! I’m a 41-year-old NHS receptionist currently in Devon, looking to make my way back to the Sussex region (or surrounding areas) and find a place that feels like home.

I come as a package deal with Milo—my 4-year-old sprocker spaniel. He’s fully house-trained, incredibly friendly, and lives for tennis balls (seriously… it’s his full-time job). He loves people, settles well at home, and will absolutely become your best friend if you let him.

As for me—I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I enjoy a good balance of social time (pub trips, a glass of wine, kitchen chats) and having my own space to unwind.

I’m into live music, football, films, art, long walks, and cycling—and I’m aiming to get more into things like yoga and dancing too.

I’m ideally looking within Sussex, but I’m flexible on exact location for the right home (can consider Devon region). Being near a park or green space (Milo’s request!) and good transport links would be a big plus.

I’ll be job-hunting within the NHS once I relocate and am hoping to find a cosy, welcoming place to settle. Need to find a new home by mid May.
