Hi, I'm Jace.
I’m an animation MA student and I’m looking for housing close to Liverpool as I will be starting teacher training there in September. I need somehere I can move in as soon as possible as I am legally homeless at the moment.
My budget over the summer is quite low and I need somewhere that is £400-£450 with NO DEPOSIT but my budget will increase in September when I start uni and placements. I am looking for somewhere cheap or with the option to pay less over the summer and then more in September.
I’m a quiet guy who spends most of his time reading and working on my coursework.
An important thing for me is being in a house where I feel safe and the other tenants are LGBT friendly.
