Postgrad housing September 2025

Hi, my name is Jace and I’m a teacher training student starting my course in Newport in September. I am looking for a pet friendly budget property with easy access transport both to university of south wales Newport campus as well as transport links across the area for work placements.
I have a dog who is house trained and well behaved who I can keep out of shared spaces if needed. This dog is needed for my wellbeing and a doctors note can be provided to landlords if necessary. I am also willing to pay additional fee is required.
I am looking for somewhere that will allow me to pay deposit and first months rent on the week of move in due to student loan.
Must be an LGBT friendly household.
