Looking for someone to fill a 3rd bedroom

Im a 29y house mates 20something... hate the phrase normal but we're pretty normal :) Love a good laugh, some chilled musing and a bit of gaming here and there. Also, partial to a night in... but definitely won't turn down a few drinks if you're buying.

I'm m9ving in with my partner in November, so im looking for someone to take the largest room in our apartment bedroom (checkout the advert)

All in your'e talking £750/£800 for rent and bills

Also, my housemate works from home twice a week and in NQ/Media City for the rest. We work pretty long hours in the week so we'd prefer someone friendly/chatty but chill.

We're tidy but not OTT when it comes to cleaning, so someone who's respectful and we'll get along fine ;)
