Looking for a room or buddy-up

Starting a new job in the New Cross area, so I’m looking for a place with a good commute. I work in an artistic and creative field and am generally relaxed day to day. I’m clean and considerate, and I like having my own space while also building a friendly and positive relationship with housemates. I’d love to live somewhere with sociable, welcoming people, as it makes living together more enjoyable for everyone.
