Looking for quiet/clean accommodation

Hi there,

I’m a quiet, responsible woman in my late 30s looking for a room or home to rent for the next 12–18 months in or around Leamington Spa. I thought I’d post here in case anyone is also looking for someone to share with.

I work two jobs – one is Monday to Friday from home, and the other involves some weekday evenings and occasional weekends. I’m looking for somewhere clean, tidy and peaceful, ideally with a respectful flatmate.

My preferred areas are Leamington Spa town centre, Warwick or Kenilworth, or somewhere nearby.

I also have a small, fully trained 13-year-old dachshund, so I would need somewhere that's okay with pets.
