Hey ✨️🧡
I am looking for a place to call home. Ideally a studio or 1 bed flat, but I am open to a room in a shared house, in a calm, friendly home, ideally somewhere with access to both the city and nature.

I am self-employed and run my own businesses, so I am responsible, reliable, and respectful and really value having a peaceful home environment. I am clean, tidy, quiet, and a considerate housemate who would treat the space with care.

I own 2 business', one in animal care which takes me out and around the country, meaning sometimes I am not home for a week up to a month or two at a time. My other business is as an artist, I create jewellery, write books and paint.

I am not looking for a party house - more of a sanctuary where everyone feels comfortable, respected, and able to do their own thing while still having a nice, friendly atmosphere.

I would be very happy to provide references, proof of income or anything else needed.
