Hi there! I'm Josh, a friendly, diligent 26-year-old aspiring musician/writer. I'm looking for a single/double room around the Wimbledon/New Malden/Kingston/Surbiton area, or alternatively in the Epsom/Ewell area. I hope to move in from mid-late June onwards.
Very empathic and thoughtful, i firmly believe in treating those around me with kindness as well as communicating with my housemates & landlords to understand what their needs are so I can strive to fulfil them alongside my own, and there is no language barrier as I speak English as a native language.
I rarely drink alcohol or caffeine(last time August 2022 for both) for health reasons and don't smoke or take psychedelics either. I enjoy socializing and meeting new people, though I do like my alone time as well. I only go clubbing occasionally, instead preferring pubs, events and hanging out with others.
