Professional seeking flatshare for 2 bed flat

Hi, I’m Dylan - 27, Scottish, and a Quantity Surveyor working full-time in construction consultancy in London.

I’m looking to flat share in a modern 2-bed in West London, ideally around Ealing Broadway. Target move-in is 1st October, with a max budget of about £1,500 each all-in (around £3,000 total for rent and bills), although happy to go less for the right flat.

Ideally I’d like a 2-bed/2-bath or en-suite setup so we both have our own space. I’m tidy, easy-going, and used to flat-sharing — sociable but also happy doing my own thing. I also keep bills and household bits fair and simple.

I’m sociable and enjoy a good balance - whether it’s chilling and watching a film at home or heading out for a few pints at the local. I stay active with golf, running, and the gym.

I'm all about respecting each others space and the spaces we share, being able to enjoy each others company, while also having our own lives.
