Friendly lady looking for a place in or nr Oxford

Hi! I'm a 30-year-old postgraduate student looking for a friendly, quiet place to call home while studying at Oxford Brookes University.

I'll be starting a postgraduate degree in Social Work this September, so I'm looking for an ensuite room with a good commute to the university. Ideally, I'd like to share with no more than two other people in a clean, respectful household.

I'm warm, friendly and considerate, and I enjoy getting to know the people I live with while also respecting everyone's privacy and personal space. I like to keep my home clean, organised and tidy, and I'd appreciate living with housemates who feel the same.

Outside of studying, I enjoy cooking, painting, looking after my houseplants, going for walks and exploring new places. I'm a non-smoker and I'm looking for a calm, welcoming home rather than a party house.
