24 y/o looking for a double room

Hello! My name is Emily. I am a 24-year old Business Psychologist looking to move to the Brighton & Hove area in September.

I am moving to the area as I am starting a part-time Master's course (which will be 1-2 days a week) at the University of Sussex in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. The remaining 3 days of the week I would be working from home continuing my 9-5.

My budget is £800pcm, ideally with some or all bills included, with a minimum term of 1 year. I would prefer somewhere in a central location, furnished, and not too far from the beach, although I am flexible with what I am looking for.

A little bit about me - I am a clean and tidy, respectful, quiet roommate,, but would also love to socialise with housemates. I enjoy baking, board games, pub quizzes, and the occasional pub night with friends. I also love the beach, going on long walks, and travelling.
