Looking for a friendly oasis

Hello!

I'm doing a PhD at Uni of Sheffield and I'm looking to rent a double room in a place hopefully shared with other people around my age! I'm not too fussed on the area, but do like the west/south sides of the city centre. I would pay £500 and possibly more if the place was super nice. I'm usually at uni most days but do wfh sometimes.

I'm easy-going and chilled, I love going for a pint/coffee, going on nice walks, checking out local markets, or going out to music events, reading, wild swimming, cooking, tending to houseplants, doing the local parkrun, getting crafty! And I'm tidy and clean of course.

I also have a family dog called Frank - he's a 4 y/o labrador. He's not always with me but he is a lot of the time, so I would like a pet friendly place and to be able to have him as much as poss, and ofc for you to like dogs too (it's not hard to love him).
