Looking for a Room/ Lodger/ Flat Share/

My name is Eli . I have been staying in Bath from the last 5 years out of which I have stayed with my wonderful landlord from the last 4 1/2 years in their annex. Unfortunately, they have decided to downsize and put their gorgeous house on sale. It was my little haven/ sanctuary but as all nice things come to an end For this reason, I now have to look for a new place to stay. The location needs to be central. I do 2 almost full time jobs . One is in a flamboyant boutique hotel and the other in a premium sports bar . Rest of the time I spend in the gym, doing Jiu Jitsu and playing / learning golf.
I am a very pleasant , youthful and charismatic (so I have been told) man . I am a very kind , genuine , caring , and respectful individual.
Please let me know if you would consider me as a possible flat mate/lodger.
The best thing in the flat as per me would be a tumble dryer!
I have a gorgeous icy blue mini “Ralph” do would require parking. Looking forward to hearing from y’all
