Professional seeking double en-suite or 1 bed flat

I am a professional moving to Hampshire or Surrey to work in Woking from July. I’d be seeking for a place to move into from September/October or possibly earlier if it’s the right fit.

I’d prefer double en-suite in a 2 bedroom property or a 1 bedroom property to myself.

I’m a professional who does get busy with work and works from home 2/3 days a week so would need the space for this. In my free time I’m very much into gym/sports, travelling and spend time in London with friends. My life is pretty simple and peaceful so finding a home that would fit this lifestyle would be great.

Would love to be near a train station with easy access to Woking and London.

If I was to share with someone I’d appreciate understanding (of my work especially when WFH), respectfulness and cleanliness of a flat mate. For me it’s totally okay to have separate lives as long as we can respect each other and the spaces we share.
